Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

• We prepare your order for shipment on the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

2. Shipping Within the United States

• Carrier: USPS Priority Mail
• Delivery estimate: 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Rate: $15 flat rate, or complimentary on orders of $150 or more (applied automatically at checkout).

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

3. Local Pickup

• Free pickup at our Cutler Bay boutique: 18901 SW 106th Ave, Ste 138, Cutler Bay, FL 33157.
• Select Local Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready in approximately 1 hour.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to info@caremaboutique.com, with photos.
• If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will assist you with the carrier, including tracking and any claim process.
• Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
